Cookie & Analytics Notice
Last updated: July 5, 2026
Short version: we only use the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers, no selling your data.
Essential cookies
WorkOnce uses a small number of essential cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure. Without these the app cannot remember that you are logged in. They are set only after you sign in and are required for the service to work.
No advertising or third-party tracking
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party marketing trackers. We do not sell your browsing activity, and we do not embed social media or ad-network tracking scripts on the site.
Analytics
We do not currently run third-party analytics or behavior-tracking tools on WorkOnce. If we add privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics in the future, we will update this notice first and keep it limited to understanding overall usage, never selling or profiling individuals.
The browser extension
The WorkOnce extension stores only what it needs to fill forms for you, and it works within your own browser session. It does not track your browsing or send your activity to advertisers. See the Data Processing disclosure for the full picture.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies will sign you out and prevent the app from keeping you logged in.
For how we handle the rest of your data, see our Privacy Policy.
